Title: Ask Iamnotaparakeet a question
Post by: 'Butterflies' on August 19, 2011, 04:11:27 PM
Ok. I'll start things off.

You mentioned that you were an investor on your WP profile. What do you invest in?

Silver. Not very much though, could only afford a couple troy ounces a year or so ago, but it's better to have something when the currency of your nation is decreasing in value.

Your presumption that your God is very, very concerned with what you do with your penis.  Where does this come from, and do you think he really approves of everything you are currently doing with yours?

Leviticus. I'm married and faithful to my wife, so yes.

Why Christianity?

No, I'm not a viking.

Christianity to me seems to be the truth. The fulfillment of Isaiah 9, 53, Zechariah 12:10 in Christ seems to fit perfectly in interpretation to me and having those shown to be in existence prior to the birth of Christ (such as in the Septuagint which was written 2 centuries before Christ) is further proof.

I invest in paperback novels.  Mostly of the science fiction genre, and specializing in Star Trek and Star Wars.  These can only gain value over the years as the quality of good fantasy continues to go down the toilet.

Why Christianity?

When I was a young boy my pastor showed me Christ's love.  It hurt a little bit at first, but as he told me then and I have learned time and again since, it has to hurt if it is good for you.  Now I fulfill my duties to Christ my savior with the assistance of a desensitizing lubricant ;)

I believe that those movies are personal between my wife, my pastor and my God.  He knows that I love him and that all my holes are open to his love.  This cannot be shared without detracting from the glory of the spirit.

No, he is a perfectly acceptable fuck.  He prefers to tie the knots and do the filming though, most of the fucking just happens between my wife and I.  It's how God intended.

A new member signed up the other day with the name "ButterBalls".  I know its you.  I wrote a PM to every mod on the list, but they all tell me I am delusional and that not everyone is out to get me.  I know that isn't true, so I came here looking for ButterBalls so I can send the evidence to the internet police and to my dad's attorney.

Essentially, here's some context:

http://www.wrongplanet.net/postt171051.html (http://www.wrongplanet.net/postt171051.html) notice the newbies androbot2084, Scandium, and Abgal64, there. There are a few other threads also in which newbies seem to be showing particular interest in responding to me with almost, if not precisely, parody style posts.

I just wanted to know if anyone here might have a clue as to if anyone here was up to something, or if it's somebody new. There is still the possibility of the newbies being sincere, but it seems rather close to parody rather than sincerity. I'm not accusing you or anyone else here, I'm just looking for information.

The moderateness of Christians is an aspect of their stance towards the Bible, so if you are referring to issues that most people here seem to not be able to stop fixating upon then I cannot answer you properly if I'm not to refer to my Christianity. As for other extreme views, I'm not sure which are considered extreme here. How I'm feeling toward thieves who tried to steel my wife's car might be considered extreme, as in I want to hunt them down, but that's not even something I'm going to act upon. That desire for vengeance is plainly emotional and if I did not have good self control I would probably be a vigilante. I really don't know what else though.

Not meaning to give you a hard time. Things tend to catch my eye and are hard to pass up; all, most, everyone, we, you, etc.. Guess if I don't know, then not one of the fixated ones.

You believe that the world is 10000 years old, and that giants once walked the earth. Ive never met a christian who believes that, including my old minister.

How comw youve ended up with views that seem completely out of step with modern christianity.

Why do I miss such drama as usual? (No, that's not your question.)

Here's your question:

Why do you persist on going to here as some act of revenge because a couple of people say a few bad things about you? Doesn't the bible say this:

Quote
You have heard that it was said, 'An eye for an eye, and a tooth for a tooth.' But I tell you, do not resist an evil person. If someone strikes you on the right cheek, turn to him the other also. And if someone wants to sue you and take your tunic, let him have your cloak as well. If someone forces you to go one mile, go with him two miles. Give to the one who asks you, and do not turn away from the one who wants to borrow from you.

    —Matthew 5:38-42, NIV

Is the vengence really worth it? All you're doing is trying to reinflate your hurt ego, which is a selfish act compared to just simply getting off the internet and enjoy life/jeebus. For such a person who self-proclaims to be a good christian, your pride and selfishness are your biggest sins of all.

(Now THAT's playing Devil's Advocate.)

Possibly because too much of modern Churchianity has an appeasement mentality which I cannot stand, in addition to my consideration of evidence supporting a young Earth. (I do not want this to be another Creation vs. Evolution debate though, anyone who doesn't respect that will be ignored.)

Ok. I'll start things off.

You mentioned that you were an investor on your WP profile. What do you invest in?

Silver. Not very much though, could only afford a couple troy ounces a year or so ago, but it's better to have something when the currency of your nation is decreasing in value.

Hi VenatorDraconum.

:welcome:

How much was your silver when you bought it?

I bought some at $16 an ounce a year or two ago or so but I can't remember exactly when it was.  I think that it was a good investment as a hedge against inflation.

I have one troy ounce from '95 which was $7 when bought back then and unfortunately recently (last March or so) I bought 2/3rds of a troy ounce when it was $35 per troy ounce (although at that time the increase in price per time was steep). It would have been better to buy a little bit more for the same amount of money back in 2010 rather than this year though, but that's just how things go. If nobody's noticed, I often speak in hyperbole of which the term "investor" was hyperbole. If I could ever afford to invest in stocks or mutual funds I would probably try those, along with CDs and Treasury notes, but like it's been said before it does take money to make money and it's difficult to save when necessities such as rent and gasoline take up most of the income.

What's modern Christianity?

There are all sorts of Christian sects and denominations even in today's world.

Personally, I think Iamnotaparakeet (and Christians like him), as ridiculous as their beliefs are, have a more honest and accurate approach to the Bible than liberal Christians.

The books in the Bible were originally meant as a tool to control masses of gullible uneducated people. It was not often meant to be taken metaphorically as many today's Christians do.

IMO right now most stocks suck.  Maybe you could pick a few that have become undervalued in the recent downturn.  I'm not that good of a picker, though.  I picked GE stock and all it has done is lose value ever since.

I've already experienced it years ago. Although my case was more of a tar and feather disgrace job done to me and it was partly my own fault. Feels miserable at first, but then you toughen the fuck up.

All I can say is that threatening people with legal action over the internet is the equivalent of saying, "Look at me, I'm a lulzcow asking for it". Lucky you didn't threaten an anon and they gave enough shit, otherwise your mailbox would be flooded with gay porn subscriptions by now along with getting constant visitations/phone calls from male hookers.

Oh and EquiiSavant made legal threats again me, PPK and Soph once I think lol. Yep, nothing came of that either and considering how her court history mentioned the word 'frivolous' a lot, well there was no chance of losing any case against her anyway.

However, I have been subjected to the wrath of an entire community for my behavior and basically got chased off that board. That's worse than a lolsuit.

I have received one death threat too, and had blackmail attempted against me (nothing life ruining, minor shit). :zoinks:

One, I'm not here for vengeance, I just wanted information if anyone had any. Two, I'm not interested in vengeance either.

Hi and welcome.
Forgive me if you already said,  but i don't read everything on here, just curious what is the information
you are seeking?

and can i ask how you let your hair down (when you are not working/sleeping/worshipping) for eg. do
you drink alcohol,  or watch footy,  or play poker?  Just curious.

Indeed. See this site is full of interesting information.
I like you here VenatorDraconus. I may have to visit you on WP too. Keep your eyes peeled. I will be the one looking at your threads.I will be on there in the next couple of days. probably tomorrow even. Waiting, waiting....for the time to STRIKE!! Or something like that anyhow. VenatorDraconum, doesn't it make you feel shitty when you attempt to justify the horrendous atrocities committed by Yahweh in the Bible?

Not trying to mock you or anything, but it'd be good if you could give us a bit of access to your mind. How do you personally feel about Yahweh commanding the Israelites to kill babies?

I might have more questions to ask later on.

I have gathered that you don't like Star Trek Enterprise much. But what do you think of Star Trek Voyager?

Star Trek Voyager was okayish compared to Enterprise. Not as good a show as Next Generation or Deep Space Nine though.

The information I was seeking was if anyone here knew anything about some overly knowledgeable PPR-newbies on WP, but apparently those newbies are either serious even though they write in the style of parody or they aren't but they're some new idiots who may be trying to harass me.

I play video games, namely Sword of the Stars, Halo, Killzone, C&C Red Alert, C&C Generals and Zero Hour, etc, primarily FPS and RTS. Strategy games are awesome.

You mentioned that you were an investor on your WP profile. What do you invest in?

I invest in paperback novels.  Mostly of the science fiction genre, and specializing in Star Trek and Star Wars.  These can only gain value over the years as the quality of good fantasy continues to go down the toilet.

Ah, MidLifeLoser, showing your true colors?

Hey parakeet, I thought Christians  were meant to turn the other cheek. Maybe you couldn;t avoid Ragtime's hickeys afterall.

Just noticed this.

Two problems:

1. The prophecies in the Old Testament are so vague that they could be interpreted in so many ways according to whatever events occur after the prophecies were made.

2. The writings in the New Testament Gospel books show that some of the events mentioned in them appear to have been made up or twisted to forcefully comply with some of the prophecies (or, rather, the accepted interpretations of them) mentioned in the Old Testament.

Hey, you and your mate got me banned from there, don't you remember? So unless you are ready to cut and paste the whole thread, I suggest you quit mentioning that den of iniquity.

Maybe a vid of you and Moby rolling around on the king size would be of more value.

You appear to hold some fairly extreme views. Where do they come from, and I dont mean from religion, because I know plenty of moderate christians, some even on this site?

It's more like the refusal to accept reality.
Title: Re: Ask Iamnotaparakeet a question
Post by: The_Chosen_One on August 21, 2011, 03:23:12 AM
I suppose a better question then would be, why are your views so much different to other christians?

You believe that the world is 10000 years old, and that giants once walked the earth. Ive never met a christian who believes that, including my old minister.

How comw youve ended up with views that seem completely out of step with modern christianity.

Possibly because too much of modern Churchianity has an appeasement mentality which I cannot stand, in addition to my consideration of evidence supporting a young Earth. (I do not want this to be another Creation vs. Evolution debate though, anyone who doesn't respect that will be ignored.)

Making shit up as you are going along, as usual. Next thing, you'll be expecting us to believe in god. :LMAO:

Your intentions are clearly out of vengeance. If you were not vengeful then you'd not be here at all, to be frank.

So, everyone here is here out of vengeance?

That made no logical sense and is not part of the argument.

You're hardly here for a friendly chat, perhaps your denial is pulling wool over your eyes.

Well, while you're busy projecting missiles upon me I think I will persist in being here regardless of what you presume.

I wonder what the yield was when you invested your 30 pieces for turning your mate in? Quite a tidy sum it would be by now.

Not interested in the "why they were punished" bit, but in how you yourself as a believer feel about this.

Why should how I feel about issues matter? One thing to consider is that back then the commandments were initially given and it would probably be that punishments were more severe so as to not allow disobedience to increase exponentially from the start of the laws being put into effect. Perhaps if his family turned him in or if they didn't know about his sin that they distanced themselves from him that they wouldn't also have been executed. As for my feelings, I wouldn't like hearing it in the news if it were today, however most people today are grocery-store carnivores who wouldn't be able to hunt for a living if they had to do so, myself included. If you really believe in all of the quintillions of years of evolution and all that stuff though, why would it even matter? If that is true than there has been more violence and death committed apart from humankind in excess by orders of magnitude. If such were to be true, than violence and suffering and death should be nothing surprising and not considered immoral. I doubt you would think in such a way, and neither do I, but if it were true than what would be wrong with killing, murder, genocide, destroying everything living everywhere? Anything said against such is merely arbitrary if such "natural history" is true and life is nothing more than the interactions of molecules.

Being male it is practically impossible for me not to notice the breasts of women, a fact not particular to me and is a reason why so many advertisements for anything, e.g. cars, laundry soap, shampoo, etc, often have women emphasizing the geometry of their upper torso. It is just a matter of that I know I shouldn't regard anyone's breasts other than my wife's and so I'm blocking what I ought not to see. It's not a matter of a struggle, it's a matter of should versus shouldn't, does that make sense now?

yeah, i wouldnt keep it around for long. And if you have an infection it is obviously not sterile. But that can be the same with spring water - keep it sitting and bacteria will grow. Id rather have a nice cup of fresh pee :)

By trying so hard to avoid them, do you not just turn them into more of a forbidden fruit?

I see tons of male and female nudity on the net, and a bit in real life. Im at the stage where its no big deal for me now.

well I just meant that it is clean when it comes out, and you have a reasonable amount of time to clean with it ( or whatever ).

For instance, I have a gator-aid bottle of pee on my fireplace right now. Its been there about a week so it's just for show. I wouldnt do anything with pee that old.

was a lovely gift, though

Being straight it is practically impossible for me not to notice the breasts of women.

Fixed.

There are plenty of men who are gay , liking tits is not a conclusive sign of masculinity.

Ok cheers for that and sorry can't help you as i know very little about WP.

Do you have a 'swear box'  and how much is currently in there?

No, I don't have a swearing box, so by default zero. I try not to swear.

Water from springs and condensed water is far cleaner and have been available from time immemorial.

But a Golden Shower has far more protein and minerals. A little sprinkle from the angels would be quite fitting for you.

water from springs was not readily available for everyone. And I dont think anything can be cleaner than "sterile". So, pee is clean :)  Water from springs can spoil. Pee cant. You can actually clean and dress wounds with pee :)

The only way that makes sense for me, is if you worry that they will lead you to impure thoughts.
Do you often have to fight against impure thoughts, and are you worried you might ever lose that fight?

Being male it is practically impossible for me not to notice the breasts of women, a fact not particular to me and is a reason why so many advertisements for anything, e.g. cars, laundry soap, shampoo, etc, often have women emphasizing the geometry of their upper torso. It is just a matter of that I know I shouldn't regard anyone's breasts other than my wife's and so I'm blocking what I ought not to see. It's not a matter of a struggle, it's a matter of should versus shouldn't, does that make sense now?

That just means you're a sick fuck, seeing boobs everywhere you go. Get your mind out of the gutter.

Fine.

Have a shot at the story of Achan's sin. How do you personally feel about his own family also stoned to death for his own violation of God's commands?

The difference is that I make no moral justifications for the sufferings and deaths that occur in this natural world. It sucks that we live in such a shitty universe. Actually, it disturbs me when I think deeply about it.

Anyway, I got your answer. You do seem to feel some shittiness in such passages even if you're not willing to confess it completely.

Sodom was supposed to predate Moses by a good few thousand years. Are you saying that Pharoah chased Moses into the desert within a month of Sodom getting blown to kingdom come? I know you Christards say 'a month is a long time', but really, this is stretching it to absolute lunacy.

Am I saying that? No. Doesn't really matter what I say though does it? But to give you a better response than you deserve, the prophecy to Abraham about his descendants being in Egypt for 400 years and in Exodus it says 430 years. The destruction of the cities of Sodom and Gomorrah happened during Abraham's life, so in addition to time from that event until Jacob and his family moved into Egypt there are 430 years of time in Egypt. Not a single month.

Actually this is a serious religious question.
It centres around Judas.
Jesus knew his number was up. It was a given to him and he may have had some misgivings but it was ordained that he was going to be nailed to a cross and do the death and rebirth thing.
God needed this to happen to save the souls of the people for his son's sacrifice. (OK finer points by all means pick me up on but the basics are there)
Now this was all part of the plan and the greater scheme of things. Could Judas have acted any differently than he did or was he part of that ordained purpose. Was he actually geased into servitude of a greater force to act in a way he was condemned for and when he, in depression for what he did, suicided, then rounded on for this too?
Free will or God's will?

We basically are allowed to do our own thing without any real need to butter anyone up or curry favour. Many people on here I have at one stage or another argued with and often more than once. Some of these same people i really like.
You really need to try not to place the same dynamics here as you may moderated forums. The culture is rather different.

Callouts. They are really a meet and greet and of no real consequence. When we like someone and want to discuss it with them we "call out" to them. "Hey dog breath your posting style sucks" or "Hey your opinion on religion sucks retard". We all respond very well to such claims and that is the "call out" section.

Now some of the personalities.

Jimmy Hopkins is a circus acrobat and often out of contact with us as his circus troupe travels Asia.

Scrapheap: Very quiet and reserved guy. Has been trying for a long time to bring himself to talk to people. Finds it especially hard to talk to ladies.

Callaway: Very forgetful lady. A great way to embarrass her is to bring up an issue a day before and she will not have any idea she said it or thought it and lose her point of reference. You can easily confuse her.

PPK: Hates confrontation and is very anti-gun and lives in a commune selling craft. He is a bit of a soft spot here so go easy on him.

Gluey is a conformist and likes things proper. She would not look out of place in a convent truth be told.

Peter is the only member we have from Africa. He is by birth a Pymie and until recently had no inclination what the internet was but has come leaps and bounds in a very short time. He has wonderful stories to tell you of the open plains of Africa and his triumphs against wild beasts whilst protecting his homeland

Butterflies is very quiet almost as quiet as CouldBeCousin. Butterflies as you can tell from the face is a gentle little soul and easily startled. She is in need of a bit of protecting and I think that you could well be the person to do so.

Theok is shy and demure and easily upset by efforts to bring up anything of a sexual nature. Try it. It is fun. He is such a prude. Anything at all honestly

Soph is allergic to animal hair and such issues are a sore point for Soph. I would stay well clear of any approach to dogs, cats, turtles, rabbits...you know pets entirely.

Odeon is the owner. He is not that bright and a soft touch here. In fact as a general exercise in lulz give it to him and watch him flounder. It is fun. All of us do this.

Schleed is the nice guy of the forum and the most sensitive by far. Treat him with kid gloves because seeing him dissolve into a weeping messy is not only frightening but heart-breaking and so easily done.

Celtic Goddess and Earthbound Misfit are actually code names. They are, I understand, a terrorist splinter cell and are very close and secretive. I have no idea their true motives and naturally it scares shit out of me.

Macalavera is a highly religious person. He has over many years drifted from one secular religion to another as the truth of god seemed out of his grasp.  Now he has found his best fit and living a strict secular life with a denomination of Christianity that is strict and demanding and he is the type of person for it. He will textually rip anyone to pieces for arguing in any topic that cross the boundaries of his christian principles....even inadvertently. be careful.

Oh there is also CouldbeCousin who is a real tearaway. She doesn't post much but when she does watch out. Nasty piece of work and in league with HykeasWell. Be wary of those two. These two are really the Bonnie and Clyde of the forum. Do not misjudge the outward happy and gentle humpur for that. They are the sharks of the forum and wait til they see blood in the water so to speak and they will rip you to pieces

Squidling is what we like to refer to as a psychopathic radical Aryan, because that is what he is in fact. It is no surprise that the bad eggs or the forum - CBC, Hykeaswell and Queen Victoria are drawn to his horrible nature. Everyone else is scared of him....except Renaeden. He is I believe a high ranking Neo-Nazi.

Queen Victoria is pure evil. There is little that escapes her notice here and she will take whatever you hold dear and use it against you in frightening ways. Evil I tell you.

Lutra is a passionate and highly emotional individual. You will often find Lutra in the thick of debates arguing strongly as to the deepest passions of his enormous heart. He is an activist by heart and nature.

Renaeden? Well like a venus fly trap this lady will happily wait for her next victim. Then she devours slowly but unlike the fly trap she will laugh all the while. She is a nasty piece of work.

Zengh is our resident health nut. He is a firm believer of thy body is a temple. He is a hard bastard. He is a marathon runner and a martial artist too. Has like 8 abs.

Austra is a Swedish trumpet player. She has big lips and practices lip and breath control by sucking a golf ball through a garden hose. She is talented.

Bodaccea is our most prestigious member. She can trace her Italian heritage back to Julius Caesar. She is a gentle and studious historian working for the National Library of Rome and any conversations about Roman and its incursions against the filthy degenerates that would defy Rome is strongly welcomed.

Psychophant is a great lover of chess and like the game of chess he is very good at mindgames and in working a forum. Having said this he does not mind pushy or arrogant people and bigots. He is not family orientated and prefers the company of an inexpensive bottle of scotch and a shot glass.

PMSElle? Elle is a mature voluptuous self assured matronly lady with the ability and confidence to deal with all people as equals and the confidence in herself to accept her own shortcomings. She is intelligent and can extrapolate what she has learned into practical everyday realities. She always backs what she says and people listen to her reasoned judgments

Eris. More prude in matters sexual than even poor Theok. Very quickly flustered by mention of sexual proliferation or bodily fluid exchanges. Try bringing something kinky into the conversation to make her blush. You know you want to.

Professor Farnsworth?  I think beneath his friendly exterior could well be a latent psychopath. In fact there is little I believe to stop him going postal. In time he will and all that will save us all from saying "I knew that guy. I always suspected he would" will be the fact that his username is not his real name. I think this is better in a way don't you?

Rage is a well adjusted and yet sensitive you man. He is the boy that every Father wants to have his daughter bring home for a date. Gentle soul. He is also a peaceful man and has recently applied for the priesthood. We are waiting this for a long time. Not everyone would fit the priesthhood well but somhow with Rage you know it is just his calling.

Have you met Pyraxis?

You will like her. I wrote a special poem for her.

"She is fun and always in good cheer

She will happily rip you from arsehole to ear"

Do you like it?

Semicolon is a Cryptologist. One of very few people actually paid to seek out imaginary monsters. Seriously these people are paid to research sightings of such things as the Sasquash or extinct creatures being sighted. He not only frequently sets of on these elaborate hunts but completely believes in fairies and the Loch Ness monster and so on and more so is the ultimate optimist in his believe of an eventual confirmed capture or kill. He is completely illogical naturally.

Hubert Cumberdale is an 18 year old German girl, and one of our latest members. She is very busy in providing good wholesome recipes that her grandmother used to make. We are getting a new idea of what culinary delights found in that country.

I guess you will get to know the rest.

Oh of course there is me. I am I admit VERY sensitive and easily hurt. l am the meet and greeter and will steer you well in this little forum to make your life as easy as possible.

Oh as far as calling out I would expect you may wish to find a reason to "callout" to Callaway, Odeon, PPK,  Schleed, and then Butterflies in that approximate order.

No, you are staying because you think to do otherwise is to "lose".  You have something to prove, and that works very nicely here. :)

Really? It's humorous how so many people imagine themselves to be experts in psychology.

It's humorous how you engage in hyperbole when you run out of comebacks.  :zoinks:

That's not hyperbole, it's quite plainly true. You and a few others think they know my motives better than I do, and any statement I make to the contrary must be wrong because they don't agree with your preconceived notions.

Do you know what hyperbole means?

Yes, do you know what the phrase "buy your own bloody dictionary MidlifeAspie" means?

Who buys dictionaries?  Have you ever heard of this thing called the internet?  You should get a computer.

I don't need a computer. Living just fine without one.

BTW, you didn't answer the questions. Do you think Earth is approximately 6,000 or so years old? And have you condemned us already?

Yes, I'm a YEC, so what? And condemned who for what?

How do you account for the many dating methods that rather conclusively prove that our planet is more than 6,000 years old?

And you condemning us. The question (that I can't be arsed to locate right now, and I'm paraphrasing here) was about your duty as a Christian to save our souls unless you'd decided it was too late already.

Initial conditions and the way data is sorted through too often.

No, I'm not condemning anyone and technically it would be yourselves who would condemn yourselves and only God that can save you. What do you want me to witness to you? Initially I was here to find out if anyone knew anything about the PPR-newbies, but I've been staying to answer questions just to be courteous.
Sorry, but what initial conditions are you talking about? Are you trying the "that light from that distant star was created at the same time as the star" explanation on me? Or something equally unlikely? I would have thought that an all-powerful being could come up with something more plausible.

Maybe you people just got his message wrong and he is laughing his all-powerful arse off right now. Or, more likely still, this is not a test but all there is, but you'll never know because you'll be gone.

Being straight it is practically impossible for me not to notice the breasts of women.

Fixed.

There are plenty of men who are gay , liking tits is not a conclusive sign of masculinity.

I kinda like tits. Kinda. I mean they are sexy and all. And on a man they are hot as fuck. Id play with boobies i think, but would never want to kiss the girl or anything like that.

Yes but Eris , your sexuality is very difficult to name , so let's just say you're Erissexual.   :P

Good question, not sure. Have run into several on the net though; think only certain people are meant to really understand the bible and don't seem to care what other's think, even believers. Chosen one types, maybe calvinists, though the jehovah's are like that too even though they spread the word. It's confusing.

Also, if reports are to be believed, I have wound you up for the last several months, without doing a thing to you in that time.

By the way, the woman in JustSomeBody's avatar appears to be a former coworker of mine, but I kind of have my doubts that is her or her boyfriend's account.

I don't understand what the accusation is.  The poster used the word "butterflies"?  You think your former coworker somehow hooked up with these folks in the UK and had a photo taken with them and then signed up on WP to write innocuous posts with the intention of getting something past you?

I think you need to stop looking for demons in every doorway.  I think your paranoia is making you miserable and you need to find a way to let it go.  The IP for that member says he is from where he says he is from and I really don't think you have anything to worry about.  I am also in regular contact with all the people who messed with you before and I have no reason to believe they are doing so now, nor do I believe they have any intention (at this time) of ever doing so again.

No, I don't consider her to have ever gotten involved with anyone here, my notion is that there are other people who are now making a game of stalking me and former friends and coworkers. If you merely ignore my concerns, I will just forward this on to the other moderators.

I have to say, it sounds like he is seriously mentally ill.
I dont believe that my actions are the reason for his illness, but they may have exacerbated it.

I dont dislike VD,and I wish him no ill will.
For hid own sake, he needs to seek immediate pychological help. I also feel that he needs to concentrate less on religion, and more on getting better and living a normal life.

What is the point of this?

He is really quite mad you know.  As in severe mental illness, persecution complex, tinfoil hats, etc.

His showing up at all shows just how disturbed he is.  He still thinks Butterflies is after him.  I used to get PMs every day asking me to look into new members because he was sure they were all Lorna come to get him.

I'm not sure that link is "trolling".  More like taking advantage of someone's mental illness for lulz.

I withdraw any objection and will join in myself.

He pissed me off.  I never defend people, and this is why.

(I think posting my own comments from the EF is fair game :) )

That was one element of it definitely. I think it was also an issue that it felt like he was being protected by certain mods while others weren't as fairly treated when retaliating to his homophobic remarks. That's my guess anyway.

Yes for some reason he was allowed by previous mods to attack newcomers and similar things(not sure why though), we are trying to work things between him and the noobs and after that we´ll see if theres something else he needs to work on

I think there was an entanglement on the issue of Leeshepo's(sp) bias as a moderator too, as he was censoring Butterflies' comments (without disclosing it, so it ruined the context of her posts) when criticising 'keet's homophobic statements. Considering his open admission of Christian beliefs and his friendship with 'keet... Yeah, you can see how that looked.

He wouldn't stop spouting anti-gay religious rhetoric and demanding a forum just for right-wing Christians where they could bash on gays and anybody else he thought wasn't going to his version of heaven.  He even wanted the moderators to remove any comments from this section that said anything he disagreed with.

He attacks newcomers because he is ... well ... paranoid.  He thinks that Butterflies is out to get him and assumes that any new member is her in disguise.  Now that you know Butterflies, does that make any sense at all?  He is off his rocker, annoying as hell, and needs to be stopped from harassing newbie Aspies looking for a place to talk to other Aspies.  Don't call him paranoid and tell him to stop though, that will get you banned.   :facepalm2:

Ren Hoek and MLA are both right. He is a homophobic nut. I joined WP to make a few digs at him, and to imply he was gay, because he was threatening to bring Adamt to court for suggesting he was gay. I just planned to make a few digs about his sexuality and leave.
Leejosepho acted as his personal bodyguard, and wouldn't let me make my point. I flipped out, and done some stupid stuff to him off-site. I got carried away, and took it way too far. I eventually calmed down and undone everything.
It was funny, but it was also wrong of me, and I do feel a little regret.
