All they did was to redistribute the traits.

Ah. But how would someone who had never seen the TOS be able to recognize that?

They wouldn't. Which is why TNG works well for a new generation of Trekkies.

I wonder how often this will be done.

Don't think it's possible to do it again. Times have changed too much. There will be something new to replace Star Trek with.

I suppose, Enterprise pretty much wrecked the show, and Abrams ran it over.

Not his fault. I liked the movie. Blame the times.

OMG Parakeet. I never expected to see you post.

Welcome to the site. I hope you stay around long enough to see that we're all nice.

PROTIP: If you want to get ahead on this site, posting a pic of your cock works a treat.

Thanks. I'm going to stay just because I'm annoying to Moog though.

Star Trek is very much a 20th century show. The new generations have new things to obsess about.

I doubt anything annoys Moog.  He doesn't have an account here either, best I can tell.

I suppose, most of which seems lame by comparison to the 80's and 90's in my opinion.

Lots of good shows to fill the void, IMO.
