If so, stay out of the sun, avoid children, and just never leave your house. You may see a billboard, and be frightened.
I have this thing called Autism, ever heard of it? Some Autistics are sensitive to colors, just like other Autistics are very sensitive to sound, light, touch... etc.

How can you not know any of this???

None of us here know anything about Autism. You need to edumacate us.  :tard:

I am sensitive to mistakes and random patterns in numbers, but it doesn't really bother me. It just distracts me.

Bright orange and some blues hurt, orange can disorientate me too.  I would skip a forum made off those colours only.

I have bitched about orange in huge orange letters somewhere on this site.  :tard:

I have to yay someone if i dont like the number of their karma sometimes. Most of the time it is genuine though :) . Seems to be a totally new obsession with me, as I haven't been on a forum with such functions before. I like patterns of colors, and patterns in general, but can see how it bothers others as numbers bother me. Though, I think coping with something like that is really essential, as colors are everywhere.

As are patterns.

Some pavements I walk on are so utterly wrong. Can't skip houses like that with mail for their violation of patterns though.

I still think you're getting java and javascript mixed up. They're not related but can be easy to mix up. Parts of firefox is written in javascript, i think as a scripting engine but I'm not positive.

For the annoying smileys, there's an option in the account settings for that.
Thanks, never noticed that. Don't mind them so much here and there but the movement of that group above the chat box is awful.
No problem. It annoyed me to load up a page to see a bunch of annoying smileys. It's under Look and Layout Preferences if you didn't already find it. The group chat is god awful and I don't understand why it's there. The smileys make the page take forever to load, same as the group chat box. I don't see the point of a group chat box on a forum.

Have no trouble with page loads, but have been avoiding that group of smileys over a year now and even griped to have them removed only a month or so ago when a new person was appointed to tend the smileys. Though only one other member agreed all of the smileys should be in the pop-up. Feeling a bit dense for not noticing before, but glad they're gone. Cheers.

No. I asked him to back up the part in bold. Charley Patton hasn't offered any explanation for how that would be accomplished.

What browser are you using? The first I would say is disable javascript for this site and that will help with certain annoying things. For the annoying smileys, there's an option in the account settings for that.

Charley Patton offered these two solutions. He offered one solution specifically for the smileys, and another solution (disabling JavaScript) for other unspecified annoyances. I pointed out that disabling JavaScript wouldn't affect BB codes used by SMF, which is what controls font size, color, etc. That was the annoyance that Charley Patton originally cited.

I was curious if you could back up your assertion. Disabling JavaScript won't change the size or color of font. I think that you can't stop BB codes from working; you just didn't want us to know that you had been trolled. ;)

He also listed technical terms in a way that suggested that they might be solutions, but he didn't actually specify any solutions. I asked for facts, not insinuations. I have no problem pointing out that the emperor isn't wearing any clothes.

I know I can. You may not think it's possible, but it is. Semicolon meet options on this forum preferences, web browser preferences, css, javascript... and more.

For context:

I always thought it was ridiculous when people said something like posting in a different color makes their eyes hurt.

Are you REALLY that sensitive ?

If so, stay out of the sun, avoid children, and just never leave your house. You may see a billboard, and be frightened.
I have this thing called Autism, ever heard of it? Some Autistics are sensitive to colors, just like other Autistics are very sensitive to sound, light, touch... etc.

How can you not know any of this???

I KNOW ABOUT IT BUT I JUST DON'T CARE BECAUSE I THINK YOU ARE A TROLL!
I had to quote you to figure out what you wrote. You seem to care quite a bit to bother with you're glowing big red/yellow letters that move.

Semicolon meet options on this forum preferences, web browser preferences, css, javascript... and more.

DB (Delta_Blues or Douche_Bag, take your pick) is going to be a lot of fun.  It only took two (what I thought were mild) posts to get him lashing out blindly at me.  Obvious troll is easy to wind up  :zoinks:

Is this supposed to be "the wrath of the community?" :'(

It's the milder form, I've seen worse.
Worse? on this site? lol. I've seen worse on the PBS Kids web forum.

I don't get why you guys state, "I hope you're not the sensitive type" to a new person introducing themselves on this forum. It seems all of you guys, except one or two, are overly sensitive. So, what's the point of asking that?

You do know that your new trolling angle isn't new?

'why are you so hostile to everyone?'
Has Charlie been hostile to you? Seems defensive if anything; can't blame her considering the reception.

It's a troll, jack. It's been here before.

That delta_blues changed his name so quickly made me think that he had been here before. Usually it takes a new person some time before they realise they can change their name.
This isn't the only site that uses smf, you know.

Let's for a moment assume that you are an actual individual who is not buttcoffee. Why are you here? You don't seem to want to be part of anything here. You look down on mostly anything. So why?

Well the history about WP is inescapable, even if you never heard of WP before. The blabberiser is something different though.

Let me run down the possibilities here.

buttcoffee - possible, given his knowlefge of the site and his run-in with several people here. Could be masking his identity by trying a different writing style, but there are some things that can't be hidden.

Chair - The Missouri Chair Company reference in Patton's record company subsidiary was a hint, but the IP suggests he may not be Mr Frechette afterall.

Richard - Patton can spell, and hasn't said anything about his Peter.

peaguy - would have tried to do more serious damage, and his style is nothing like Patton.

Calandale - no, I don't think so. Why would Cal bother when he would be having so much fun ripping Charles apart.

Soiledarse - Lack of racist bullshit rules him out.

Pentagram/Duke - possible, but he usually chucks a major wobbly within the first few posts.

Meadow - doesn't have the brains or the talent.

Razortwat - hmmmmm......

Waiting in anticipation to see who obvious troll really is.

You don't need to be a member of either this site or WrongPlanet to read what people post. Both are easily searchable sites. I don't recall posting anything that would indicate I'm an expert of the going-ons of WrongPlanet. This is the first site to call it the blabberizer, yes, to censor people, no.

How do you know about the blabberizer here?
Under what names have you seen it used elsewhere? And where?
And are you aware of the fact that the mod is called "blabberizer", which is why we use the name and why it's likely to be used elsewhere under that name also?
