I probably posted this before but scrapheap was a name i came up with for automotive forums. Scrap refers to a machinist making a mistake and the defective part is called scrap. Heap refers to my former boss who was always calling his race car "this old heap". I made parts for his car, some of them were scrap and they went on John's old heap.   :green:

Pappy Boyington was the commanding officer of VMF-214 in WW II. He was the second highest scoring ace in the Pacific and a notorious belligerent drunk.
