Then all of a sudden I got a pm out of the blue saying I should post more, and it reminded me how much I really missed this place.
So, after a week or so of reading, I was back in the cockpit. Took about 3 months of silence to get back.
Did anyone miss me? No, they didn't know me. That's what I like. When nobody knows/cares about you, people won't stand in your way of having the free will to do other things than satisfy them. I only allow certain people the right to care, because they're the ones who I know will only support my choices and probably go/stay/fail to decide with me.

People are just too sensitive and they need to toughen up. But I have found that people like to play the tough guy and they are actually sensitive people but they hide it. But I can still tell they are sensitive. People are just afraid of having their feelings hurt.
But hey lot of people hate drama but I love it. I just like to sit back and watch it.

I just spoke to zegh the other day actually. I won't name the specific place, out of respect for his privacy, since he hasn't given me permission to essentially tell I2-ers where to find him if they were to look, but on a gaming (video- not gambling. I don't gamble unless I know the odds are fixed in my favour. Such as when I was in primary school for one example, and someone was ridiculing my claims to know what all manner of different plants were. Bet a tenner to nothing that I'd not be able to. Ended up giving them both binomial taxonomic nomenclature, common name if it they had one and synonyms plus medicinal and/or toxic properties and food uses if any. So walked away having had nothing to loose, a tenner richer and leaving somebody knocked down a peg or two ego-wise and ten quid the poorer. Otherwise I am not a gambling man. Can't stand those companies actually, odious, slimy bunch of cunts the lot of 'em)
But yeah just bumped into him on a videogaming forum, thought 'I recognize the name, are those the same numbers after it....' cross-checked here and so they were, and yeah, same zegh.

The biology isn't the important bit for the most part, its the mentality.
For example, in extremis, there exist cases on record where a five year old has been made pregnant. She was therefore, biologically ready to reproduce, or at least capable of doing so. But you can bet you bottom dollar that there is no case in which shagging a five year old is either desirable or right.
Biggest age difference I've been with (on the younger end, I've also dated far, far older women, someone in her 50s) was 14. Me..about 19 at the time. Reading this initially "a girl goes through puberty". Has a 10 year old girl "gone through puberty" or has a 10 year old girl just started puberty?
My impression is that Scrap is saying that once a girl has gone through puberty (not started but actually finished), that she is at least physically ready for sex and that having sex with fully physically matured girls seems like a wonderful idea.

I will be even more clear though. Given that most girls finish puberty by about 16 I still say THIS is too young for anyone but similar aged kids to consider a good bet for sex BUT it is legal in most countries and as repulsive as some may find the thought of middle aged men getting with young ladies this age, it is not illegal in most cases. Personally I think it is a bad idea BUT NOT paedophilia and NOT a case for getting with 10 year olds.

The 'if there is grass' (I.e having grown) ought to be fairly obvious from that point of view.
Generally not meant as a promotion of paedophilia, although its the sort of thing one nonce might say to another nonce and mean it that way. Its just a colloquialism meaning 'if they are generally old enough'

My conclusion is that in the case of Lit, he was joking with him. For it to have been indicative of actual paedophilia, that would imply, logically, acceptance of such between two parties having a conversation. Thus making two paedophiles, necessary for such a conversation to continue along such lines.

Hyde I don't know whether you have read me saying repeatedly that him saying that once a girl has gone through puberty doesn't transform into once a girl has started puberty or once a girl is in the process of puBetty.

Somehow this reminds me of my godson, being told off at the hospital for being such a toddler. He had the hight and vocabulary of a four year old. But he had only turned two three months before breaking his leg. Biology signs can tell a lot. But they aren't always right when it comes to estimating maturity.

I reckon 13 is really, really, really borderline, not exactly fair game as such, I sure wouldn't go any lower. My ex, I have to admit, I don't know how far into 14 she was (that'd generally be my far cutoff point with 15-16 being a more usual cut-off point), there are SOME girls who are ready for a relationship at that point, young, 13-14, but many will not be. And of course, who the hell can predict WHAT is going to be going on when we throw some spazzdom into the equation.

I'm not saying anything beyond what Scrap has said. The problem here is that he's said a lot of things that are doubtful at the very least. He will need to clarify his views himself rather than having you grasping for straws and muddying the waters.

I would like to know what stances exactly you think I have changed and based on what. Both then and now I have asked for clarity and so it is NOT that. I also have stated that joking around that topic is gross and that the idea of older men leeching over girls that are legal but young is pretty off even if it is not illegal which is what Lit used to do all the time and what Scrap seems to be doing (ie when he talks about when a girl has gone through puberty). But I have always thought actual paedophilia is indefensible and because it is such a disgusting thing, I do not like it equated to a person easily or without such clarity. I think that now and I thought it then and you will notice from the quote from there I am asking for clarity. I was once accused of it by Bint. That was a pretty low accusation.

Y'know, I could actually use an opinion on this...y'see, there is this girl I like, I've liked her for VERY long time. Since we were both about 11-12, now, AFAIK, she is either 32, 33 or 34. Girls DO start GOING through Puberty at very young ages but do not finish until their late teens which coincides with the ages around sexual consent. Hyke, I'd been out of school some time by the time I met her. As for boys, I didn't mean 13yo boys were ready, wasn't really making a comment on readiness at all, it was, rather, an observation that how a relationship (and people) are treated, seems to be heavily dependent upon the gender of the participants. With younger boys/older girls being 'stud' and 'hey, lucky guy' and not nearly so much tension against it, than the opposite way around.
