I don't think anyone has ever said that you aren't entitled to express your opinion Robert, but the flip side of that is that other people are entitled to disagree with you, using whatever language they decide to.  I personally, try to avoid the name calling as much as possible (except in jest or when I've been pushed to it), but I respect other people's rights to do it.   I agree that you're entitled to suggest that people are more tolerant of each other, but you need to realise that you are only free to make a suggestion not insist that people act a certain way (and I mean this as information for you, it is not a dig at you- but you quite often come across as insisting and preaching, perhaps this is down to communication difficulties on both sides but it does get people's backs up).  I am not asking you to change who you are here, just accept that you can't force anyone to behave in a particular way on a free speech site without rules.
