I sometimes wonder if he has been misdignosed,  maybe the urchin has ODD, or ADHD?
Just seems so odd that these two boys are completely different yet both are ASD.

Bodie, I see a lot of your facial features in him, particularly the twinkle in his eyes.

That would be the family madness he has inherited :zombiefuck:

He couldn't be much more of a  hellion than I was.

Drunk at age 2.
Called fire department to get me out of a chair bottom.
Called fire department to revive me from heat exhaustion from being trapped in a telephone booth.
Had my arm stuck in the wringer of a manual washing machine.
Broken arm (not the same incident as above)
Sat on a bumble bee
Severe laceration to my heel
Accidentally locked myself in bathroom the day after coming home from a tonsilectomy
Perpetually clenched too hard on thermometers, thus breaking them
Mild concussion from being hit in the head by a swing
Hit in the head from the playground merry-go-round
Firecracker exploded in my hand
etc, etc.

Oh that is quite a list QV......he comes close though

He once found the PVA glue and face painted himself (i just remember poking through his nostrils so he can breathe)
He completely coloured in one leg with blue permanent marker
His 'special interests' include electrical goods -
we are on our fourth printer
loves laptop's, especilly picking the keys off
lost count of mobile phones and mp3 plyers he has put down the drain
no CD player since he stuffed a slice of bread in the CD drawer
washing machine not working properly since he put a pound of butter in a hot wash

He likes taking one shoe off and throwing out of car window
He threw his new timberlnd boots over next door other day - my neighbour was out but her doggy wasn't
He swiped my bag with my mortgage money in and emptied it out on his trmpoline outside - yes it was windy!
He loves to clock where visitors put their keys, and likes to surprise them by sneaking out and starting their car for them!
Nearly gassed us by putting cooker on without igniting it!
his latest trick
undoing his seat belt in car and climbing out of car seat and coming up behind mommy and putting hands over
my eyes when driving.....or suddenly applying the hand brake!

My daughter once painted herself thoroughly with fingernail polish, even under the diaper area, and I had to call Poison Control to figure out how to get it off her.

She has painted herself with semi-permanent markers more times than I can remember.

She once flushed her dad's watch and wedding ring down the toilet.

She has thrown toys over the fence into the neighbor's back yard many times and they have had to retrieve them for her.  I finally found out that she meant to throw the toys to the neighbor's dog to play with so the dog would stop barking at her.  I explained that the dog could chew up her toys and choke on them, so she stopped doing that on purpose, anyway.  I got her some doggy biscuits she could throw over the fence instead.

A younger friend of hers who still attends the special school for autistic children she used to go to once took apart the thermostat for the family's furnace on a subzero night and the dad had to race to Home Depot to get another one before they closed so he could install it and the family wouldn't freeze in the middle of the night.

Just curious, when you wear socks that don't match, do you not notice or do you not care?

If I wore non-matching socks I'd probably feel so paranoid I'd go home and change them just because I'm so anal retentive about what I wear.  Tell my boss, "I have to leave work." "Why?" "Because my socks don't match and I can't concentrate!!!"  (emo)

That's sort of like me as well.  For a while, I wore non-matching socks because I needed a particularly thick one for my attractive black cast boot, but I dealt with it.

I don't mind as long as they feel the same  on my feet.  Say if one was a thinner material, now that would bother me but matching not so much.
