All I fucking did was to hyper-extend it. Why is it still such a problem!?!


Honestly, when it happened, it was the scary way that my kneecap just gave up its assigned post and moved aside in retreat that worried me the most. Having my leg bend the wrong way did not really hurt at the time, but WTF is going on under my patella that would cause it to abandon its assigned duties?

That sounds very strange to me for your patella to do that.  I think you're right about going to the doctor to have it looked at.  Some of your ligaments may not be right.
