The construction of my heating system, no heating of the house active, when using hot water, does suck when it is cold, and someone is having a shower.

My hips hurt lately, which is a sign that I need to lose at least 10 pounds to take some of the burden off them.
Losing 40 or 50 pounds would probably be better, but I'll feel the difference after 10, I think.  :chin:
