Parts, have you tried pre-migraine pills. I got hold of some that are prescription-free here. They work about half of the time.

Try taking some honey each day.  My hayfever got a lot better after I started eating honey, and I think the pollen in it desensitised me.

cool - that's a bloody good remedy, if it works like that (and immunologically, it sounds about right).
