They run in my mine on my female progenitors side, but, they were all heavy smokers and drinkers and over weight!

I don't really know what helps this, but I do have a sense that you have done some vigorous exercises in the past. I also remember some stuff about your meds fucking you up. Is this part of it?

Have you altered your exercise routines? Are you not able to get in a decent work-out, lately?

I can only think that it would help to get yourself some heavy cardio-vascular activity going. I personally could not function well without it. Start slowly again if you've been inactive for a while, even at your age.
