There is a family owned store, deli shop, bakery and butcher I go to from time to time. It is a Mexican family and they have some of the rare spices, unique cuts of meat, fresh tortillas, pan dulce, and many foods from south of the border that you can not just find at regular big stores.
I bought three pounds of tip cuts (the butcher trims More expensive cuts to be more appealing) which is all the cuttings placed out for stew meat.
Also they had just made chorizo today - I bought three pounds. Then on the way out the door they had some fresh Cacao bread. I bought two loaves. That is basically bread made from raw non-processed beans most of us think of as cocoa or the source of chocolate.
You don't have to be Hershey's to make fabulous things from cacao!
I plan to make carne quisada for lunch tomorrow with the tip cuts.
