Oh, the inhumanity and cruelty of it all.  How much more can he suffer?

Where did we put our tiny little violin? Poor, poor Anders Breivik — the mass-murdering monster who killed 77 people in Norway in July 2011 — has written a 27-page letter outlining the "inhumane" conditions in his remote prison. Breivik, whose "poorly decorated" cell (his words, not ours) is spacious by prison standards, says that his coffee is always cold, he doesn't have a remote control, and — OMG SOMEONE GET AMNESTY INTERNATIONAL ON THE PHONE! — he isn't allowed to have moisturizer!!! "I highly doubt that there are worse detention facilities in Norway," he wrote. Breivik has 21 years left on his sentence, which can be indefinitely extended, so we hope he gets used to chapped hands and chilly coffee

I thought he was allowed to have moisturiser, just not to keep it with him all the time.

Life is hard.

I am allowed to carry my hand-cream with me, and, I forget to do so.

To be quite frank, I believe that "normal" murderers are allowed to have such stuff in their cells in Norway.

Well, he is far from a "normal" murderer.

Does he use it on his dick to keep it from getting chapped when he faps off?  Or maybe he's planning on smearing it all over his body and slithering out of his cell.

Actually, having it in his cell could be dangerous.  It could be thrown in a guard's face or put on the floor to make a guard slip (uh, yeah, I do have a slightly wicked mind.)

I think they should appoint Josef Fritzl as his prison guard. :zoinks:

Really, 27 pages of that?!  I wonder who had the pleasure of reading it!    :smashviolin:

:agreed:    My mother was a veteran, which I didn't fully grasp till after she died.
She was in the Army Cadet Nurse Corps, so we received an American flag at her funeral.

I am guessing she served in either Korea or WWII

Women definitely deserve to be honored also

Note that Venetiae is plurale tantum, and that you use the plural forms when speaking of it.

In English you say: "Butterflies is" and "Parts is", but in Latin the verbs are conjugated after the "formal" form of the name, so in Latin it becomes Papiliones sunt and Partes sunt.  :nerdy:

Red Bengal composition from about 1870. Parts by weight:

Strontium nitrate 10
Potassium chlorate 3
Sulfur 2
Fine shellac 1
Fine charcoal 1/4

The sulfur makes it a bit dangerous, but with modern chemicals and alcohol as solvent, it should be pretty safe. The colour is very good.
