Probably someone who really loves corned beef and cabbage.

We had pot roast, because we like it and my husband was able to put it together late last night and let it cook for a long time, then reheat it today.

She did well today, wanted to get dressed, and eat a little. Enjoyed her day with her sister and me, and with the grey furry visitor from next door. Her sister is not that fit either. So, we skipped Christmas dinner, and headed straight for dessert, because both were up to that. Even if the youngest only ate a few spoons full.

They played a really giggly game that only they understood after dinner. And then she went to bed content, but clearly still sick, and with a genuine fever. Not as high as yesterday though.

I was thinking of ways in which a decapitated head or brain could be kept alive without grafting it into another organism's circulatory system, and what the bare minimum setup would be for long-term survival.  I also made the mistake of looking up head transplants, and found out about some really unpleasant animal experiments.
