I appreciate a good joke as much as anybody, but, the bludgeoning of a type of humor that only one bloated idiot seems to get is tiresome. Yeah, the old fashioned "cliff hanger" type stories wear thin after awhile. I found the newer ones good, but, I just lost the obsession I used to have with the show. I'm glad that they did bring it back. 8)

Its not so much the people, as PI herself, no offense to her. You find you can tollerate lots of things others can't when your lifestyle habits are healthy. I have seen people walk away from the somethings I stand up to, and I notice, they are not up to par with themselves. I am not trying to say she extremely lazy, indeed, she trying to stop smoking. That is only a start to me, doesn't impress me much.

You are misreading me. I am not having a go at you. I am confused as to why AHayes is off-limits been where is is and what he has done and what is expected here.
I thought I understood what is expected did not see what I did or said as either bad or comparatively bad in relation to what he has done lately.

No one is perfect, even if they are trying as hard as I do.
My nose turns red when I am hot, but it goes back to normal slowly. It stays red longer than the rest of my face, perhaps because there are more blood vessels there. I have these dark circles under my eyes, maybe from sun damage, but I have look hard to see them. I was ashamed to significant degree, it made it hard to look at people in the eyes and at myself. I new I was being bad, I should not have been eating so much junk. After I stopped, I could do those things. I have scars to. All this could have been prevented, but its what I do now that matters most. I changed my lifestyle habits around, I apply exfoliantion soap on my skin (removes dead skin cells, making my skin look better, but dead skin cells serve a purpose to, so I don't do it everyday. However, removal of dead skin cells, actually allows topical agents that help that skin look better, to penitrate better, like the expensive scar cream I have. I evens red and dark areas out.) I kind of helps though, that my mom was an x model, and she married someone taller. My height is near average, because of her marrying my dad, and I think I made a mistake measuring my height, so my body fat is off also. Its probably not 22%, something like 12%. Something psychological going on there, but I can "figure it out."

Fighting and fighting for the right reasons are two different things. Though, if you want to make it a callout, it could be intresting. Especially given how placid you normally are.

Hey it is OK with me. No drama. I won't be engaging AHayes and Milla because it is mean and nasty. I am certainly here to have fun, be opinionated, tease, ridicule and be a dropkick. Offensive can be fun. It is all about intention and the other members appreciation of this kind of interaction. I am not here to play with people who are going to be hurt and devastated by the type of interaction I do. Nor am I wanting to second guess how people will take things or worry overly about sensitivities.
I don't know AHayes nor am I bothered about him one way or another. He is funny sometimes and a pain in the arse other times. I do not dislike the guy nor am I a fan. I think I minused him once and have plused him two or three times.
I am as ugly as a hatful of arseholes so I am not overly concerned about people thinking this. I have my photos on the post a pic thread and think most will agree I could, by most charitable opinions, describe me as "interesting". :laugh:
I think too most of us here have been depressed at one time or another, comes with the territory. The older of us remember childhood in unenlightened times with no explanations to describe us weird children, and assessments of retarded, imbalanced, weird, eccentric and other misdiagnoses or opinions, and no support, paved the way to our developing self-confidence. AHayes does not have the monopoly of feeling shitty about life or the way he feels inside. This is intensity. We are all exposed and holding ourselves out as "tough enough" to cope here. We advertise this as hardcore and unmoderated non-support site for aspies. That is my take.
I am going to stop sharing my humour or opinions with you both because it looks like you view this place differently and I do not want to be a source of pain to either of you. I do believe if there are areas of support you need and a gentler approach to interaction then I thoroughly recommend AFF. It is not this place, but the tip-toe approach works well there.

I think he does have a very strong....close....friendly....loving.....intimate...connection with the couch shredders but I would not necessarily indicate anything wrong.

Oh you poor deprived child! :'( Zappa was a brilliant and eccentric musician and artist. Ahead of his time and not giving a fuck about what other people thought of him. It also says a lot that his kids, MoonUnit, Dweezil etal, also are productive and very good musicians and productive human beings in their own right! His eldest son is doing a concert tour with his dad's band and playing his arrangements to new and appreciative audiences. :green:
TBH, I am NOT the biggest Frank Zappa fan, BUT, he knew his music and I respect a man who was faithful to his art. The "Dental Floss/Going to Montana" Song was a classic and along with "Dancing Fool"..............................BRILLIANT!

Not many know of this master, either (I remember him from M.A.R.S.). Anyone who has followed Siro should also know this guy, though. They are awesome together.
Sadly, I don't have much of his own music. I only have Eyes Of the World and Madness, plus some taped jams.
I meant that they both inspired me to do my best with my sound gear, back when I was touring. It was through doing Whitesnake concerts that I first worked with Siro (SV) and later met Giuseppe (JS).
It was not all killer rock shows though, on the road (proving I was also in it for the money). I did lots of commercial bands, too, like towards the end of Tears For Fears, KC and the Sunshine Band (my ALL TIME favorite funk band, until the shitty frontman and his acre of backing vocalists show up on stage, FFS), some glam metal, like Stryper, GnR, Winger but also some really COOL (!!) shows, too like Quincy Jones, Brecker Brothers, and (believe it or not) John Williams and The Boston Pops Orchestra (ever heard the Star Wars theme played live, through a powerful PA system? :D).

The guy has impeccable phrasing and tone when he plays slow and deceptively simple stuff. Fully capable of playing every style and genre. Definitely not a one trick pony, if you listen to all of his stuff, he is a true virtuoso.
Alan Holdsworth is a super beast. John Petrucci is awesome as well. I don't care for Michael Angelo Batio's songwriting, but he is amazing too.
