Doubt it parts, some areas, if you go outside, you won't get that amount, I am told.

We don't have enough sun in the winter to make that an option. It's no UK, here, but it is usually overcast and often drizzly.

The other day when the sun burned all the ice crystals off in a few minutes, it was an amazingly bright, clear sky phenomenon. Very rare! The sun was a yellow fuzzy ball that day and very bright, although, pretty low in the sky, already. It was an uplifting spectacle for me, but now I need more!

I followed advice someone posted here and got some fluorescent bulbs to replace my incandescent ones. I found a pack of 4 25 watt bulbs for 10 bucks. I tried them, and my room is so bright it's amazing. I feel better already just standing inside it. Here's a picture taken without flash that almost shows how bright it is:



Yeah, when I first tried them I was amazed by how bright they were and they made reading a lot easier on my eyes.  They weren't a "harsh" eye hurting bright either. 8)

i like all the leaves. there are hardly any leaves left near my sophie tree now. they were nice and red and yellow.

I love the heat.

Same here to although not in every instance .   I don't love it so much when its 100% humidity and it chokes me to death.   It is great when I am at the beach or doing something in the water like swimming.   The weather would have a greater effect on me if I stayed outdoors more probably.
