Homemade chocolate mint biscuits with mint butter icing. I always add green colouring to it.

It satisfied my cravings. I make just enough for one.

Next time I'll measure it out so I can control the portion size. I think I got it mostly right, but I'm precise. I portion out the cheese I buy. I get a block and divide it into 25g portion sizes. With half fat cheese it's only 70 calories a portion. I don't mind the taste either, though full fat obviously tastes the best. Yet, I prefer low fat Babybels to the normal ones.

The biscuits sound wonderful, especially with the buttercream icing.

Thanks! :)

What do you use for the mint flavoring?  I've made mint-frosted brownies at work using mint jelly.  :)

I use peppermint extract, plus a touch of vanilla extract. :) What did you combine the mint jelly with?

Just the usual butter, confectioner's sugar, and a dash of milk.  :)

I had a leftover Macca's burger for breakfast, for lunch I went out with a friend and had pancakes, fruit and maple syrup. So full from that. Don't think I will have any dinner.

Banana flavoured oatmeal with peanut butter
Double cheeseburgers from McDs.

Your oatmeal sounds delicious, but I just can't deal with the texture of oatmeal.  :dunno:

Ribena pineapple and passion fruit, buttered crusty roll, Walkers salt & vinegar crisps (the best), chocolate.

Good thing I copied and pasted that. My iPad refreshed the screen when I opened a new tab. It's been a feature of Safari for years, so that in the middle of composing an e-mail or forum message, you lose everything. The person who invented that refresh feature should be shot, because you pay for a computer that doesn't lose information, because that's the whole point of a computer.

I love subway ren. Bet you'd make a pretty delish filling for a sub sandwich yourself too :D

Favourite (indeed pretty much what I order each and every time I get a sub) is a footlong, meatballs and all three cheeses, sometimes with bacon or double bacon with extra bacon, other times I CBF with the bacon at all. And lots of extra cheese portions for all of the cheese types they have. Last time I had to slowly and patiently explain to the person making the sandwich what 'five lots of each extra cheese' meant though. Seriously, how can 'all the kinds of cheese, plus five lots of extra cheese for each cheese' be misunderstood or require an explanation that I wanted three kinds of cheese, and then a further five portions of those cheeses, five of one, five of the next and five of the last one, plain, shredded and chilli cheese for a total of 18 servings of cheese altogether. Then lashings of black olives, cajoling the sandwich-maker for more until I can't persuade them to bend the rules of how much they are allowed at most to give any further, added after toasting it, so the sandwich is hot, and the olives are cold, and the entire thing is an oozing, slowly crawling mass of coagulated milk product, molten and sizzling, that cannot by any means be closed, stuffed with lots of contrasting temperature in the cold olives. That makes for one REALLY tasty sub sandwich.

*would cheerfully add ren, after toasting and nibble away at that extra nutritious and delicious  portion of sandwich first*
Beyond the pale. Way, way beyond the pale.

The key is not to cook it.

Heheh, me in a sandwich, that would be rather difficult given the size of me.

I love the Subway meatballs sub with lots of cheese. Except I have it microwaved not toasted. I like it soft and mushy because hard, crunchy bread hurts my mouth. I must be overly sensitive when it comes to some crunchy foods.

Nothing yet. It's morning and I don't do breakfast.

^ Neither do I. It gives me indigestion.

I had Walkers salt & vinegar crisps and a ham and tomato sandwich. It's a new sandwich, without mayonnaise. It tasted alright.

About to have a can of rice pudding from the fridge whilst something heats up on the hotplate/magnetic stirrer (no not food), before breaking out an extremely poisonous reagent, after opening which, double layered gloves or no, I won't be eating without fully cleaning up, until everything is said and done. And before dosing some rac-amphetamine to keep me awake during my work, or rather to keep me focused, since caffeine doesn't agree with me much, I find it overstimulating usually. A last smoke and a last snack before the protective gear goes on and whilst my project warms up to the prescribed 40 degrees before addition of the nasty part and the metal part goes in bit by bit.
