There were about 10 coffee beans I crunched, not too many. I threw out the rest of the bar.

I only notice coffees' effect on me when I'm out and about. I zoom along.

Chocolate doesn't have any effect on me, does it on you?

Sugar in general makes me sluggish.  :snail:

Coffee used to make me  :lemur:  but now it just keeps me awake during the dull work day.

Homemade chocolate mint biscuits with mint butter icing. I always add green colouring to it.

It satisfied my cravings. I make just enough for one.

Next time I'll measure it out so I can control the portion size. I think I got it mostly right, but I'm precise. I portion out the cheese I buy. I get a block and divide it into 25g portion sizes. With half fat cheese it's only 70 calories a portion. I don't mind the taste either, though full fat obviously tastes the best. Yet, I prefer low fat Babybels to the normal ones.

The biscuits sound wonderful, especially with the buttercream icing.

What do you use for the mint flavoring?  I've made mint-frosted brownies at work using mint jelly.  :)

I use peppermint extract, plus a touch of vanilla extract. :) What did you combine the mint jelly with?
