nothing so far
probably going to ahve another shit day
i hope not thouhg
had a bit of a panic attack about an hour ago
calmed down now though
but still getting a headache despite the codeine
flo is sleeping on my bed and i cant go to bed till ive changed the sheet on the duvet but id have to disturb her to do that

I seemed to have mastered the sprayer doing what took me 3 hours last week in just over an hour today

nothing. what is currently a headache seems to be going the way of a migraine.

but i have a drink. that's ok. not alcohol though. my ocd didn't cause me too much shit just then either. that's good i guess.

oh shit i forgot, a good thing DID happen! i made my bed in record time :D

well kind of. still havent put the sheet on it or the pillow case. but i managed to get the duvet inside the duvet cover thing much faster than my previous attempts

In fact, I may have infected others, but inexplicably, I have a sense of being on the outside looking in for the worst part of it all this year. I can't begin to account for this. Maybe recognising that my kids get it too, encouraging them and trying desparately to liven them up has actually helped me. Maybe this "fake it until you make it" rigmarole has availed me to a flourish in some mysterious way.

I know, I was just joking back.  I think the fake it until you make it technique can work, especially when you've got kids you really can't allow yourself to wallow or hide from the things you find difficult, you have to put a brave face on or just get on with things.  I think sometimes that actually works and you suddenly realise that you're no longer struggling as much as you expected to.
