What works for me might not work for you.  I'd really recommend you google for info on bodybuilding if you want to develop your physique, since I could only give you the barest basics here, which boils down to exercise and diet.  It's important to know what sort of exercise and what sort of diet though, since different combinations of the two will have different effects, and not every exercise will make your muscles grow appreciably.

I prefer clothed people myself

I like my body and the way I look generally, and I have low inhibitions, therefore I don't get embarrassed about showing myself, but I do get warm happy feeling when people compliment me, thus my propensity to show off what I've got.

we all take exception to bullying.  but the very act and definition of said act boils down to the perception of the individual.
as i have tried to explain several times, i do not think that we bully as much as other boards do.  we tend to just call people on their lack of logic or opure bullshit.
or, if you are having a bad day, and feel like taking a piss, this is tyhe placwe to do it.  just expect piss back.

It is a tube to drink water from his camel water pack in his backpack.  The end of the tube has a special valve that you bite to drink through it.  Many hikers do not drink enough if they have to stop to drink, so with a camel you can easily drink while walking.
