I did watch it with someone.  No, it didn't make me feel uncomfortable, I watched the whole movie.  Just because it's about AS doesn't mean it's the best representation.  It's just one example of it.

Are you ignoring Spokane?

No, I didn't realise that Mozart and the Whale was filmed in Spokane.

Did you realise that part of the film The Delinquents with Kylie Minogue in it was filmed in Brisbane?

I never heard of that film and no I didn't know it was filmed there.

Most piss-awful atrocious film, ever. :shitfan:

worse than "Mission to Mars"?  or the recent "Planet of the Apes"?  i nearly pissed myself watching the first one, and i think i actually fell asleep during the second.

I would feel uncomfortable watching it but when my mother watched it with me, I had on the audio commentary so it covered what was going on in the movie.
I have only watched it with a few other people but I have an excuse now to play that movie without being embrassed. SPOKANE!!!!!!

What did your friend think of it? Did she think you have AS too?

She knows I have AS now, but the discussion did not come up when the movie was on.  I just happened to surf upon it doing my remote control finger gymnastics on the Foxtel remote and we ended up watching it to the end.

it was dire !!  half the audience was cracking up by the end.  i was pissed and wearing leather trousers, and i laughed so much, i slid off the seat and my friend had to haul me back up.  most entertaining thing all evening, apart from the Amazing Special Effect.  just the one.

:LMAO:

I never saw that film.   Well I have missed out on a good deal of movies lately.   The last really good sci-fi movie I watched probably was Serenity, I liked it better than Firefly (the series it was based on).
:P   Internets are super serious.

Did she find out you had it from watching the movie?

How old were when you got your first boyfriend?

Depends how you define the word boyfriend.  When I was 5 and a boy from school used to hold my hand and walk me home from school...and showed up at my house with flowers on my birthday.  Does that count?

From about 15 I had two week boyfriends about once or twice a year.  Then I grew out of that.
