I had two bottles of strawberry and lime Rekorderlig (sp) today. That's not exactly hydrating so I followed them up with a Coke.

I love the flavour of energy drinks. To me? They just keep me awake, like coffee does. I suppose consuming energy drinks isn't a habit one should get into. They check your age now at supermarket checkouts whenever you buy an energy drink.
