Shoveled some snow got real nervous for some unknown reason took maybe just a little too much Xanax now a little loopy :-\

Wishing I had some ativan, as I'm worrying about my wife getting home from the pharmacy at walmart!! :(

I'm worried about mine on the way home from the soup kitchen after my sons last Sunday of community service.  She got hit twice while parked there two weeks ago

Drunk drivers????????   :grrr:

She parked near a corner and it was icy only minor damage to the rear end getting fixed this week

took OJ and tryptophan, jumped around, cleaned and watched the OC and plucked my eye brows and brushed my hair. so i can go buy beer. kitchen smelled like fish yuck. why is it when you open one tiny can of sardines... sigh. well i'm paranoid about it, i seem to smell it everywhere when i don't even smell anything.

* AllDayGlowRandy needs to washs some clothes, spent his laundry money and did not put detergent in the washing machine.  He had to carry heavy load of clothes with one hand on his bike, back and forth.  The second time was with heavier wet clothes.  His arm hurt from carrying the clothes in an akward position.

Studying, all about the engram in the psychology book.  It was  very intresting, had to look ahead at the next few materials instead of making notes on what he just read.  I did aerboics and stretching also, in my house, where I can see  my breath.  Its 60 and I can still see my breath, and even at 68, I can still see my breath.

Studied more on memory.  I want to know more about scotophobin, perhaps Ozy can demonstrate some intellengence.

Went to therapy for trauma.  Those things can leave me exhuasted, but it appears with lifestyle habits getting better I get no psychogenic seizures and the therapy is tollerated much better in general.  I was asking for more, I was just doing so well, It was just like a bring it on kind of voice.

Aerobics and stretching.  Bought some chamomile tea, which I will offer some tea bags to mom.  All her meds didn't work, that includes lamical, abilify, and serroquil.  The one I suggested first, based on logic, was tollerated the best.
