Cut and split about half a cord of wood, then fell asleep in front of a nice warm fire.

Indeed.  Hard as oak.

I got the wood for free, some insect killed a good sized oak, and they cut it down and into long peices, they had it on Craigslist.  I grabbed as much as could fit in the Jetta, had the bumper practically dragging the ground.   :laugh:

I didnt mean to drink yesterday either but I bought four beers. no willpower. lemonade tonight though, and some zopiclone if I'm good. :)

I know whic insect, specifically, if it was a white oak. I have many pictures on Kodachrome, my favorite film.

shovelled snow, shovelled snow, shovelled snow, shovelled snow, did manage to get the sunday papers, watch some american football, deleted 3 more pages of spambots at AI, (23 pages in all), baked some cookies, preparing to make supper.

Shoveled some snow got real nervous for some unknown reason took maybe just a little too much Xanax now a little loopy :-\
