  Having a stupidly pedantic text argument with my brother.  He thinks a fan provides enough cooling as long as
  one wears shorts, I prefer air conditioning and object to the implication that I am being wasteful by using it.

A fan and a plant spray bottle would be awesome. Spray a mist of water on you, and feel the cool breeze the fan blows over your limbs.

No dry air problems, and not the need to check the airco for Legionella pneumophila, that can be lurking in water in aircosystems.  :santa:
