I had some leftovers, a mixture of corn, green beans and carrots.  And some uncooked pork stew meat.  I was deciding how to use the two things.  Ended up cooking the pork, adding it to the veggies.  Made mashed potatoes for PA and used some leftover stuffing for my starch.  I knew the PR wouldn't eat it, so she got a salad and a  slice of cheesecake on top of red velvet cake concoction from the store.
