Sat in a web meeting with this Indian guy who apparently loved his own voice. I don't know why, he sounded shrill and had a funny accent.

There is no afterlife.

That'll be $20.

Seriously, white cars and white SUVs everywhere, what's up?!
Carwash owners love it though.

My wife feels the same way and went out of her way to buy a car that wasn't white,  she didn't want a black or silver one either and got a light blue one

I have owned nine white or "off-white"  vehicles in my days. I love white cars!! My wife has a "pearllescent" beige Lincoln  and my son's car (which, by the way, he has never driven outside the driveway at our house)  is an off-white metallic Chevrolet Traverse. A truly beautiful fucking car. I drive it a lot.

Now I own my second black vehicle, Cadillac Escalade (edited. See below). My first was in the late seventies. It was a '69 Boss 302 Mustang. It had gold lettering, striping, etc. It was an amazingly fun car! My Escalade is just awesome but I generally keep it for horrid snow days. We have had none of those this winter.

Oh, and my wife will not ever own a silver car. She thinks they are the same color as the road and thus camouflaged from the average driver. Just asking to get in a car wreck, right?

I remind her that all our cars have really bright driving lights set to work all the time. MAybe the other drivers can not see our car coming but they WILL see the lights heading their way.

:^)

Sorry to have to edit, but I feel like an idiot. I do not even know what car I drive. Mine is actually an Escalade. Way back when I went shopping for a new-ish car a "friend" of mine had just bought a new Navigator. Now I REALLY  needed to get a new car, since my current car at the time was a   Ford mini-van. I loved my "friend's car"  and I went shopping for a used one since I could not afford a NEW one.

Never even saw a single Navigator used for sale, NOT one anywhere offered for sale (that kind of speaks volumes in itself), but I lucked onto a decent deal on a comparable Cadallac that was three years old and within my budget.

I now "mostly" drive the car I bought for my son, who still has not even tried to get a license or take courses. We found an awesome deal on a fairly high mileage Chevrolet Traverse with "all the modern bells and whistles."  We bought it for our son and daughter to learn on (very decent safety ratings, dependable, etc) and I LIKE it a lot and so I drive it to work most days.

If we are going to take a long trip down into Indianapolis (or down to Kentucky to meet up with my cousin as I did a couple of weeks ago) for some reason, I generally take the big SUV.

Light blue sounds refreshingly different, like a robin's egg, nice for spring.

Another of my observations is that a lot of the newer cars are "pearlescent"  (thanks DirtDawg for the word)
and therefore their exact color is hard to pin down and describe.  Makes them good getaway cars.  :police:

Best color car I ever had was bright orange.

Never lost it in a parking lot even once.
