To be honest I eat two meals a day and snack inbetween. It works for me.

I eat a meal of chicken, vegetables, nuts and olive oil several times a day, and snack on fruit in-between.  Even my axolotls like my chicken/veg stuff:

i dont really do 'diets'    -  just exercise  more if i feel a bit fat.

All I eat is chiken and vegetable too, but that is because I dont like anything else


Most food is so yucky, expecially tomato sauce. And it seems like everything has tomato sauce on it. That shit is just gross.
