Enabling the spazzes, giving them a place where they can learn how to speak up for themselves and fight back. It's something best done by imposing as few restrictions as possible, by doing away with moderation and the enforced niceness evident elsewhere.

I think that if someone is nice to you here, it might actually be honest.

That's what makes places like WP detrimental to spazzes, too sheltered of an environment.
