That's what I'm taking for my knee now, but it doesn't make me sleepy at all.

I was taking OTC Naproxyn Sodium at near prescription levels, but I was getting more bruises than an overripe peach and I don't bruise so easily on Meloxicam.

I just took all the meds, BTW.

Yes.

(Tried the sleep mask last night + a pain pill because I could tell my legs were going to be restless.  Slept quite well.)

I too, find a blindfold to bee a good sleep aid. Have you considered earplugs for a better sensory blackout still; queen V?

I find they help, although they are  a sod to take out. I keep a haemostat on the bookshelf that runs between my bedside and the wall to get the earplugs out. Can't do it with my fingers.

Taken my meds plus some of my leftovers from previous scripts for the muscle relaxer baclofen and for pregabalin/lyrica, thanks to driving giving me a whole  bunch of cramps in  my legs and a right royal bugger of a sore back :( they have helped, but I do fancy a couple of large cups of vodka.

My mother has now installed a movement sensitive light under the bed. The moment my dad gets his feet out of bed, a light will shine over the floor. It will not lighten the entire room. And, it will switch off after a set time again. It does make moving safe for him, and sleeping an option for her.

Pharmacy had to order it, so, it will be in after the weekend.
