The only horse pill I have is Caltrate. I take it with the head meds.

I miss my Ritalin!  I went thru the exam from hell in Portland Maine with Dr. Baer and an 'Intern" from HELL.   Yes, doors are not sound proof!     :P

I might need more time than that. It's only been one night.
I think I took mine today. Morning for sure, but for the afternoon I took one out and it was too early so I put it down, now I can't find it but that doesn't mean I took it. If I don't sleep tonight I'll know but still not for sure.
It's time to go back to the pill minder and alarms on my watch.
