I've been fighting nausea a couple of times today. Bizarre. Not sure about dinner now.

Do you have any idea why you feel this way?  ???

I hope so too.  Every once in awhile I get a passing moment of nausea for no apparent reason, it sucks.   :thumbdn:

Hot and sweaty to humid and sunny to work at what I am supposed to for now

There's probably a reason but ja, not apparent. :P

Started 'mise en place'/prae-preparing dinner half an hour ago but don't feel like cooking at all at the moment. Bugger.

Going to shower for a while now.

In response to all the people who replied to me yesterday, thanks for the concern and support. :green: I didn't get an ambulance or anything, eventually the pain sent me to sleep and I woke up fine this morning. Thank god. I've been alright the rest of today but I never left the bed, but now the pain's kicking in again. :-\
Apart from feeling moderate to severe pain I'm feeling dread, I have physio tomorrow and I believe physio was the cause of my pain in the first place. They were really rushing me and saw me way too soon after my op and they took my splint off me and instead put a very painful device on that provides no support and presses and rubs against my wounds. They'll probably try to have me running tomorrow, though I've been bedbound and hardly able to think since the op. Oh well.

Yes speak up.  Physio should make you sore maybe but not hurt

And that unsupportive device they used to replace your splint sounds as if it could interfere with your healing.
I had a similar problem with a splint I was given for my broken finger last year.  Maybe this new device works well
for some patients,  but if it doesn't work for you and is in fact causing you pain, the physio has a responsibility to replace it.   :viking:
