Like crap.
I haven't had enough sleep, and now all my muscles are spasming and my limbs feel like my brain isn't quite controlling them. :(

I don't know.
When I was little I had physiotherapy and occupational therapy for excessively high muscle tone, which I've read is neurological, and this seems to be related to it: it happens with stress/lack of sleep.
Being allowed to get sufficient sleep would help.
