Having OCD would suck big time. I have rituals but there is nothing obsessive about it, and it doesn't make me nervous or anything - just routines

If I ever HAD to do those things, I dunno what I would do. cock and ball torture works, apparently.

Had a really good day so feeling good, but getting a bit sick of my Little OCD stuff. I can handle it though, it's just worrying me that if it continues to get worse I'll have two Big OCDs. Doubt it could ever get as bad as that though

I just about cried today.

My daughter told me, after my making her laugh (we are all suffering from the loss of an infant in the family, last week)  that " I could NOT have learned to laugh without you."   


... to me.
