While I was working on sewing a new denim hat for my daughter a little while ago, the presser foot lever on my serger fell off into my hand.

Fortunately, I was able to figure out how to fix it by partially disassembling the serger.  The screw that was supposed to hold it in place had fallen out, so it was easy to replace.
