Ironically the humour of the event cheered me up  :lol:

 Antibiotic ointment and bandages will help the gouges heal faster and may reduce scarring.

Well the scratching usually distracts me when I'm feeling shit or calms me down when I'm angry, but I have no idea why I then decided to do it on my KNUCKLES as well, especially fucking lettters lol

I should have at least sat and thought up something good to write, instead of fuck  :lol:

I was just scratching my arm and then for some reason decided to write something on my knuckles
