After months of not brushing my hair or giving a shit about what I look like due to depression, I tried to look nice tonight and feel a bit better.

I didn't realise you suffered from depression. I appreciate many here probably do, as do I, but I'm always sorry to hear anybody's in the same boat on that front.

Yeah Depression is a huge problem in my family. My Dad has aspergers and servere depression a lot worse than mine. When something happened at work a few weeks ago I just lost it, stopped eating, taking my meds or really doing anything. Mum is the only person in my family not on anti depressants.  It's the sort of depression where you just stop caring. I looked a fright, and I still look sick from those 5 days where I didn't take any minerals, meds or eat anything.
