Honestly, I went to a mental ward, but they determined I did not belong.  I talked smack, but they determined I was not going to do anything.  I was suicidal, but because I get sick when I look at blood, they determined I would not do it.  They are fuckn Mc Jaggers (dimwits).  I am just kidding.  I already thought about this a while ago, a new way.  I am fine so there is no need to do anything.  Seriously,  I did not find anything correctional about it.

Aww, thankyou.  I am just kidding.  I did not used to edit my posts, and I am sorry.  If I properly communicate an idea in the post, I could trigger my truama.  (A resentment issue, from getting maid fun of) I already had a problem with family issues and mood problem before the resentment issue, so together, they truamatized me. .  Truama  does not stop me from editing my posts, it just makes it harder.  Some people also messed up when they tried to understand, all issues aside.  I should still edit, because these people need me to edit most.

     Chatroom banning- First time It was my fault, because of resentment issue.  Second and third time, not my fault. A simple misunderstanding, surronding sarchasim.  They probably also thought I was out of controll, I was struggling but still had it. Second time it was about past actions, and how it affected how I interpeted their behavior. People should close down previous issue, before they joke with someone.  This last time I also attacked with nasty comments, but one of the mods started me off wrong.  Some one else finished.  Both had not finished the previous issue, and had no right to joke with me.  SHUT THE FUCK UP  does not consitute a done deal.

I have a very strange body. ?I see abs and big muscles, but ?I stopped lifting weights. ?I do very slow body weight exercises. Each repitition is done very slowly, in order to increase intensity. ?I stopped going to the gym because I was starting to get tits, and ?I still have them. I do aerobics and flexability exercises also. ?Flexability exercises are done at the end of my rountine only. ?I warm my muscles, before I do anything, for 10 minutes. ?If I want to burn carbs, I go fast with aerobics. If want to burn fat and increase production of metabolic enzymes ?I go at moderate speed. ?Slow intensity exercises are good for helping accelerate digestion. ?If I want to burn lots of fuckn calories, I would do interval training. ?You basically alternate fast and slow speed aerobic activity, and I would definitely not do it for more than 45 minutes. ?After 45 minutes of high intensity aerobic exercise, calorie burning slowes down, and you become more efficent at storing fat. ?I may take a growth harmone secretory agents. ?I am refering to aminos acids taken at does which match body weight. ?That should be done 45 minutes to 1 hour before workout, for maximum growth harmone release. ?Growth harmone helps your body repair muscles. Watch it people who are still growing, because if taken in excess, these people are going to a greater chance of having problems than people who are mature. ?No problems have been documented in normal population yet, does not mean there is not going to be. ?I take many more supplements, not having to do with growth harmone. ?Yes I am an extremely intelligent monster. Finally someone gets it, I think.  I am on something, not naturally nuts.  Herbs, that in addition to high vegetable diet, mess me up.  These are detox reactions.  It wil make me moody, cause food withdrawl problems, hyperactivity, and sometimes rather tired.  I can meditate and reduce these symptoms down to none.  I have notice improvements in cognitive function and energy level though. I was already pretty functional, I am just putting back up to top shit. There is alot more shit I take too, not even listed here.  Those also seem to giving me advantages, on top of what I already have.
