Ohh ouch, god fuckn damn emotions.  You said my aunt which is the person taking care of my grandmother.  She had a stroke and eats primarly through a feeding tube.  She has aphasia and mutism right now, and I think her care is subpar.  People should be doing almost 100 percent and not 85 percent.

Not too hot on the clumps myself.
Menstrual blood usually doesn't taste
as good as other blood either.

But, a really heavy flow seems to.

I don't know that I'd count on
it, if it's not fresh. Sort of the
weakness of my modifications
to boot: if it doesn't cost/cause
pain, it isn't as effective.

Thus, you pay in some other manner.
