It's time to make more political parties...

Ones I had in mind are either fictional or already happen in other countries:

The Pirate Party

UPUA = United Peoples Union of America

American Unionists

United Conservative Front

Purple Party

Progressive Democrats

Labor Party

United Liberty Front

Constitution Party (If it becomes legitimate)

Do you really have a 2-party system in the US? It seems like you have two factions of a single party, the party that represents the interests of wealth and capital against the interests of.... everyone else.

We have seen what happens when someone from either party tries to represent interests of working class and middle class people.

We also have the Socialist Party here, founded by people who were chucked out of Labour for being too left -wing (dunno how Corbyn escaped the attention, but SP stopped fielding their own canditates when Corbyn became leader of labour, and started backing labour instead) A minor party but the only real Labour party we have, ATM.

We also have the Green Party

And we have another very minor party called the Monster Raving Loony Party  founded by this guy:

It is still around here. Not everywhere , not in all elections. But there is a Dutch pirate party.

We've got loads of political parties. Think last elections it was 26 or so. That is a bit much. Makes things as undoable as a two party system. Between 10 and 15 parties would be ideal, I guess. And they should profile more. Show what they hope to achieve, not what they think the voters will fall for.

The US has several official parties too, though the most productive in 2016 was libertarian with three percent of the vote, followed by the green party with one percent. Voting outside of the two parties is considered a non-vote by some, and a strong independent or third party candidate can be viewed as a detriment because they can potentially cause the more closely aligned majority party to lose in a close election.

It only existed so that white slave owners could form militias to track down slaves that had escaped. It has NO place in today's society...racists be dammed.
