Been taking Nexium (esomeprazole magnesium trihydrate) a proton pump inhibitor. It's for the really bad reflux that I've been getting. I went to the chemist and asked if there was anything I could take that wasn't mint flavoured. Nexium was there right on the counter and on special so I bought it. One tablet before dinner and that's it.

And it works! No feeling like I'm going to breathe fire or cough up acid. What a relief.

Claritin OTC, so that my eyes don't swell shut from them itching and me rubbing them.

Just took 3 dexamphetamine. This is not too much or anything, it's my prescribed dose.

Finished the Nexium, apparently you're meant to take one lot (a packet) and then the esophagus is healed. I did that and I haven't had reflux since except for last night before I went to bed. I hope that's not a sign of things to come.

Mum tells me that Quick-Ease (or however it's spelled) is available in blackcurrant flavour. I shall be looking for that.

Edit: I found this information,

Bed meds - metformin, haloperidol, benztropine, moclobemide and lithium.

I now take Nexium every second night as its effects last 2 days.
