Me and the wife are watching it all from start to finish. I have all 15 seasons downloaded.

If anyone is interested, season 8 is when they started having the Cure Autism Now posters about the ER.

Somewhere during the first season, the doctors watch a daytime soap and Doug Ross (I think) jokes about people always getting brain tumours. They all laugh. This is a clear jibe from the writers at just about any soap in existence.

A couple of seasons later, what happens? Mark Greene's brain tumour happens. I think the producers should have remembered what they joked about and quit right there and then. Most long-running shows today will eventually arrive at that crucial brain tumour, and that's when they know it's time to stop.

I'm not sure I'll be watching anything...we keep getting these thunderstorms, and I don't like to leave the TV plugged in when that happens.  :-\
