I hate it when the doctors tell me shit like "You're healthy as a horse and I see nothing wrong,"  when I KNOW something has changed.

If I did I'd have to get a real official DX which would probably come at a price of losing certain rights like the right to bear arms

I don't think a dx per se would make you loose the right to bear arms, but check that up.

They have a sound mental state as a requirement in my state and I have to get approval from the local police for a hand gun and they don't like passing them out looking for any excuse

Paid bills, boxed up bottles for recycling, let my relatives know that Aunt Ellen died earlier this week, ate a spicy chicken sandwich, picked up clothes from tailor and cleaners, shopping. (Not in that order)
