Worked lots. Picked up daughter from her figure skating  training. Helped my son to buy a Christmas gift.

worked my aching arse into the frozen ground and broke it off, leaving barely a stump.
Fucking stump is lagging ten steps behind my quest for tequila.

I also met a famous person today. Weirdly, shopping at our store. She had an entourage with her - quite an LP nightmare with all the shit they wanted to bring into the store. I was near the LP desk and called upon to help with all the press.
I can't remember her name, but she is a figure skater.
I had to search her.

:penis:

Well, OK, just her furs, as she tempted me.

My father made his military service together with the King. Try to beat that.  8)

Most of us do not respond well to Kings.

Check our history.

Not a lot, yet. Fueled my overly thirsty car.

I have been pleasantly surprised how well my old  (eleven years old, now) car has handled its drink, lately.

I gave it (well, that's not right. I paid through the nose to a competent mechanic, who fixed all that he found wrong) a thorough tuning last month, tires, wires, plugs, computer tweaks, filters, etc.  (shit, it was in October, not last month) and I have been impressed by how the performance of my old drive has been stepped up and the guzzling of fuel has been lessened.

Fortunately I do not drive it much, but to have it anxious to go when I want is a good feeling, again.

The issue with the sub-computer, which was draining the battery, randomly, intermittently, was a pain in the arse!!

This one is four years old and in relatively good shape. I blame the horsepowers.

Got up early for a change, went to the De Young and looked over the usual stuff including Portrait of Miss D by William Merritt Chase. Then I went back to Solano county through Marin and stopped at Bullseye and shot my Thunder Ranch 1911, my PPK and my Glock 26. On the way back from the range there was an ad on the radio for an electronics liquidation at the Cow Palace tomorrow and Sunday, so I am going there to try and find a digital camera at a good price.

got woken up by the little un having a tantrum at 6.30; sorted him out and installed him on the couch with some breakfast; dosed myself with painkillers, drinks and decongestants. Now doing my SAD lamp and trying to come round a bit.
