I have no idea what's going on with the rest of the wheelie bins, but since strata ordered those two extra bins there's been one for every unit......but they still all insist on being overly communal with them all. Even when I take my bin back to garage in the afternoon after it's emptied I find someone else has already dumped stuff in it. Someone put big packing boxes in mine today. I just chucked them out back onto the kerb where they were before. And ripped those stickers off.

I'm the bloody ratepayer (probably the only one in the complex), I get to do what I want with my bins :finger:

PA had that problem one time.  After almost nonstop coughing one day I gave him a pain pill in desperation.  It somehow stopped the coughing and he was able to go to sleep soon afterwards.  Don't know how hard it would be for you to get a pain pill..
