Usually no problem, as I don't like receiving calls, but it means my social worker probably thinks I'm ignoring her, and also if I wannt talk to a friend it is me who has to pay lol

Got a letter from Landlord today saying that there is to be an inspection this Sunday and that the house should be thorough cleaned and tidied , etc. 6 days notice? WTF?

I'm expecting a parcel.

Due to be here last Saturday. It does have a tracking bar-code.

Since Saturday somewhere in the morning, it says that the parcel never arrived at the local depot, it probably got lost because of a sorting mistake.

In the meantime, it is more than two days later, and the result the tracking comes up with, it still exactly the same. I've filed two, friendly worded, complaints, but only got a copy of the proof that I have actually paid for the contents as an answer....... :thumbdn:


Will give them till tomorrow. Then I'll email again. They have a very costly complaints number. 40ct a minute  :zombiefuck:

That is one thing I do not miss about Europe. How the hell can anyone think screwing up a service and then charging people to ask you to fix it is acceptable customer service?

it is the inside that I will have to concern myself with. Thinking of just starting a fire and saying..."i dunno mate you did not give me much time and this just seemed like an easier solution"

I have 6 more presents to get and at least have two already decided.
Unfortunately my own two children are amoungst the four i am drawing absolutely blanks on. Every year with every purchase it gets a litle harder to work out what to get them the next time presents roll around.

Luckily there is the option of e-mail. But yes, some companies are absurd in the costs of their complaint-line.

Found a website that does complaints to companies in public, apparently they have a huge success rate when it comes to the transportation company that is responsible for my parcel.

I'll give them one more day, and, then I'll use the public complaint option.

Not all, but yes, quite common, and some charge absurd prices. You can ask for a refund of all the costs you made, once they have to admit you were right......... :sigh:
