Well...looks like I'm having microwaved chicken legs for dinner. I wanted to make spaghetti and meatballs but I forgot to clean my frypan. It's been sitting near the stove for a week or two. It's grown a forest of fluffy mould :P

I thought I was going to get the serum electrolytes test that I'd requested and that my psychiatrist had recommended, but when I got to the nurse at the GP's surgery, I found out that I was just getting the same old bullshit full blood count, liver/kidney function and blood glucose tests that I've had many times before, and which I know aren't going to show anything.  It looks like I'll have to rely on the neurologist to get shit done, and I'm not going to see him again until February.

The doctor also didn't mention that I shouldn't eat for 12 hours before the liver function test, but fortunately the test was early enough in the morning, and I was late enough getting up that I hadn't eaten anyway.

Tic or twitch? Sort of have semi-control with a tic. Can't do anything about twitches though. Last time I saw my psychologist she noticed my tics. If she noticed them, chances are others have too. :paperbag:
