We had a similar situation here.  Where there was a flood of people coming up to New Hampshire and buying homes as fast as they were available.  Boston had major restrictions for awhile. Units in our townhouse development are being snapped up as soon as they are finished building them.  Many of the cars are from out of state.  Way out of state!

Yes that's what's happening here! All these people flooding the place from the city, driving up rents, making houses unaffordable. Locals being priced out of their own area, living in tents or on couches. Property prices have jumped up 15-20% here since last year (though mine has only increased marginally :P). I had options 18 months ago but my own affordability has gone backwards.

The why now is particularly annoying as I just paid my business insurance for the upcoming year.

Was supposed to get it back yesterday at 5 but there was some sort of problem now I will not get it back till Monday

My new headlight globes didn't make a shiny white 5500k glow happen.
Back to the drawing board, probably need to replace the ballast modules :headhurts:

I can tell I've not been eating properly for the past two days.  The pain in my upper buttocks area and leg pain and weakness is back.  I've gained 3 pounds of water.

The cable system that hold the spare tire up under the van failed and left it dangling down but not far enough to get it off. Ended up sawing it off while parked on a jobsite because I was afraid it was going to fall off on the way home

I am so sick of these wimpy wienies, many of whom are Gen' Z'ers (but I see many of my own generation being wienies as well)  who insist that they NOT BE JUDGED.

I love to be judged. I say, if you are doing well within your convictions, then a solid, even harsh judgement only serves your need BETTER by re-affirming the validity of your conviction.
I say, "JUDGE ME!! Judge me NOW!!"  I can stand with what I believe and support my position in the face of YOUR most harsh Judgement!

Judge ME. I dare you! I Double Dawg Dare you. Judge me!!

You may find wisdom in your judging and find conviction worthy of a stand. You're welcome.
