Hurt my foot today. Using a stick if I have to move around.
What happened?

I've literally no idea. I was out playing golf and it started to really hurt near the end of the round. It then got progressively worse when I drove back home. :dunno:
I think I know what it might be but I forgot the name of it. I'll come back when I remember. lol

"Injury?" :zoinks:

 :pie:

I just remembered!!! Plantar fasciitis. It gets worse when you walk.

I have had a bout of that before.  I found arnica oil helped a bit.  They do make special foot ware inserts for that.

When I had it, walking was hard.  I looked like a man relearning how to walk as I tried different foot positions to take the pressure off the painful spots.  I still get it once in a while, but, the flare ups are now brief and less intense.

Plantar fascitis, march foot, non bacterial inflammation?

Pick your choice.  :apondering:

Have had the latter two. The inflammation I had twice. Once thirty years ago, once a few weeks ago.
The inflammation was gone way quicker than march foot. All seemed to come out of thin air.

Didn't you have psoriatic pain on your hands a couple of years back? That can happen in feet too.

I'm pretty sure I had that myself, years ago.  My heel hurt so much that I couldn't get it flat to the floor
when I first got out of bed.  Then it would loosen up and I'd be sort of OK at work, then I'd sit for a bit
and the pain would resume upon standing.  It went away on its own.  Middle age ...  :dunno:

I did, and do, and this isn't it.

It's getting better, though. Rest seems to help.

I had a roaring headache earlier. Seems to be abated with pain relief tabs.

Then I had a bitch of a time removing old painters tape from my front door frame. Seems the strata hired painter man wants to paint people's outside door frames in order to finish off the job. Anyway I have turned the old paint into goop trying every remedy I had to get the tape off. I hope he can sand it properly in the morning :hide:

I did this job at 11pm at night, but hey I always have to be the element of confusion for my neighbours  :zoinks:

And now my house smells like strong scented oils and it's making my head hurt again.

Thought the cat had wandered off.  She's totally outdoors (her choice) now and I'd not seen her for about a day and 1/2.  She showed up this morning. She's being a pain in the arse.

Second quick bitch.  I returned some items to Walmart on Tuesday.  The credit hasn't hit my bank account.  Quandry - do I resolve it through Walmart or the bank?
