    Well don't just sit there playing your Pac-Man, go and fetch it for me, there's a good lad

   That won't hurt me a bit, child!  I'm an old lady!  I take a tablespoon full of cod-liver oil every morning with my tea!   

No human (or weeble) is immune from a whole bottle of laxative , 

   But my dear, you've already TOLD me that you've replaced my meds.
  Now I know not to take them from you.  Run along...   

But , you have no meds to take now , chances are I've replaced all your medication with laxative , but I'm not going to confirm that you can find out yourself.

My dear egg it is you who has been 

And after the meds the weeble is too feeble to reach the toilet in time, or to clean up after herself.

Thank goodness she has an 8 tentacled grandson to do the dirty job.
